Paralegal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist in establishing repeatable legal processes, including data privacy, W-8BEN filings, trademark registrations, and various corporate activities.

• Deliver timely and high-quality legal assistance to teams across Railsware, addressing team inquiries, onboarding tasks, and legal questions related to products or projects.

• Prepare, draft, review, and manage legal documents such as agreements and policies.

• Aid in the company's compliance initiatives.

• Perform legal research on diverse legal issues as they arise.

• Facilitate the legal aspects of our collaborations with clients and partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Law

• Familiarity with fundamental legal principles under EU and US law

• Proficient in technology, with the capacity to quickly adapt to new tools and systems

• Excellent attention to detail

• A curious mindset, proactive attitude, and a strong desire to learn

• Proficient in English at B2 level or above

• Previous experience in or around the IT sector
