This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Preparing and evaluating a diverse array of commercial agreements

• Recognizing critical issues and facilitating negotiations

• Overseeing the contract lifecycle management

• Keeping corporate records organized

• Collaborating cross-functionally with various teams throughout the organization, including compliance, growth, and external legal advisors

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience as a paralegal

• Solid expertise in healthcare-related contracts

• Comprehensive knowledge of HIPAA regulations

• Acquainted with AKS, Stark Law, and healthcare data privacy standards

• Experience utilizing contract management systems

• Proven history of process enhancement
