This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Complete responsibility and execution of performance marketing through paid social media platforms.
• Successfully manage builds and production from start to finish with redundancy across various channels.
• Lead the implementation of optimizations aimed at enhancing performance in line with established goals.
• Effectively handle strategic communication both internally and externally for clients and client teams.
• Strong marketing and business strategy expertise.
• Oversee performance reporting and the communication of strategies.
• Function as a productive team member within both departmental and account teams.
• Utilize AI technologies to improve and streamline business processes.
• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to your department.
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing; experience in an agency setting is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in Direct Response marketing, particularly in E-Commerce; experience in Lead Generation and B2B is a plus.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience with Meta Ads and TikTok ads for direct response campaigns; familiarity with additional platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Pinterest Ads, etc.) is advantageous.
• At least 1 year of experience leading paid social strategies for direct response marketing initiatives.
• 1+ years of experience with Google Analytics and Shopify; knowledge of other technical platforms is a plus.
• 1 year of experience engaging with clients and managing communications.
• Proficient in Excel with a clear understanding of advanced Excel functionalities.
• Strong data analytics capabilities.
