Paid Social Specialist – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create, launch, and oversee paid social media campaigns across various platforms, including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, Quora, Reddit, and other social networks.

• Develop and enhance audience targeting strategies, focusing on core audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting segments by leveraging first-party data and platform signals.

• Track campaign performance and modify bidding strategies, budgets, targeting options, and creative assets to boost efficiency and increase return on ad spend (ROAS).

• Collaborate with marketing, creative, analytics, and engineering teams to ensure precise tracking, event implementation, and effective campaign measurement.

• Oversee creative requests and work with design teams to create ad assets that fulfill platform requirements and align with campaign goals.

• Evaluate campaign performance using social ad platforms, Google Analytics, and reporting tools such as Looker Studio or Tableau.

• Compile performance summaries and reporting dashboards to share campaign insights and results with internal stakeholders.

• Discover opportunities to scale successful campaigns and enhance underperforming segments through testing and optimization strategies.

• Remain updated on platform changes, new ad formats, automation features, and industry trends in paid social advertising.

• Contribute to the continuous growth of our paid media initiatives by experimenting with new channels, audiences, and creative strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of direct experience in creating and managing paid social campaigns, particularly within Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.

• Proven experience managing campaigns with significant budgets (ideally $50K–$100K+ per month) and optimizing for performance metrics such as ROAS and revenue.

• Strong understanding of paid social campaign structure (campaigns, ad sets, targeting, ads) and optimization tools, including bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and creative testing.

• Proficient in analyzing performance data and translating insights into actionable optimizations that enhance campaign outcomes.

• Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with additional paid social platforms like TikTok, Quora, or Reddit is advantageous.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently in a dynamic marketing environment.

• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, creative, BI, engineering, and product stakeholders.

• Available to work during U.S. business hours (Philippines night shift schedule).

• Must have access to a reliable laptop, stable internet connection, and backup power or connectivity.
