Paid Social Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and expand the paid social strategy across Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, overseeing budgets in various international markets.

• Develop, initiate, and enhance comprehensive campaigns from brand awareness to conversion.

• Conduct organized creative testing cycles and refine strategies based on performance analytics.

• Track and respond to metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, reach, and frequency.

• Investigate and trial new paid social platforms like Reddit and Pinterest.

• Work in collaboration with the wider paid media team to synchronize strategies with Google Ads, Bing, and Apple Search Ads.

• Provide reports on performance and scaling prospects utilizing attribution data and dashboards.

• Tailor paid social strategies to fit individual market needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in managing large-scale paid social campaigns.

• Extensive knowledge in Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, including campaign structuring, creative testing, bidding techniques, and audience targeting.

• Familiarity with additional paid social platforms such as Reddit Ads or Pinterest Ads is highly desirable.

• Strong understanding of metrics including reach, frequency, ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, and frequency capping.

• Demonstrated success in managing comprehensive paid social strategies across diverse international markets and languages.

• Proficient in both Spanish and English is essential.

• Methodical approach to creative testing and iterations.

• Insight into how creative elements influence paid social performance.

• Comfortable utilizing attribution data, dashboards, and reporting tools.

• Capability to independently manage paid social campaigns.

• Knowledge of Google Ads, Bing, and Apple Search Ads is a plus.
