Paid Social Manager, iGaming

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Strategically plan, implement, and enhance Paid Social, Programmatic, and Popunder campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.

• Evaluate campaign effectiveness, uncover key insights, and modify strategies to meet client and business goals.

• Serve as a reliable client liaison, managing expectations, sharing results, and fostering strong, enduring relationships.

• Develop and deliver comprehensive performance reports that include actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and next steps.

• Leverage AI tools and automation solutions to optimize daily workflows, enhance reporting efficiency, and facilitate campaign improvement.

• Remain informed about platform updates, trends in Paid Social, advancements in Programmatic and Popunder, AI-driven opportunities, and best practices in performance marketing.

• Ensure all campaigns adhere to platform policies, regulatory standards, and responsible advertising guidelines within the iGaming sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of practical experience managing Paid Social, Programmatic, and Popunder campaigns, preferably within the iGaming industry or a comparable regulated field.

• Strong client interaction and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and confidently.

• Proficiency in essential campaign management tools, particularly Meta Ads Manager and other relevant Paid Social platforms.

• A strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the capability to convert data into actionable insights.

• Confident use of AI tools to enhance efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and assist in daily campaign management.

• A proactive, self-driven team player who excels in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.
