This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop comprehensive paid social strategies that align media decisions with client business goals (such as revenue growth, CPA, LTV, lead generation, and brand awareness).
• Manage daily campaign setup, activation, and optimization across various platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, Pinterest, X, Nextdoor, and other pertinent channels.
• Oversee client communications for designated accounts (with support from the Director), which includes weekly reporting, optimization rationale, and suggested next steps.
• Convert creative insights into testable hypotheses and collaborate closely with Creative leads (from in-house teams, Wpromote creative retainers, or third-party agencies) to refine social-first creative assets and sequencing.
• Design and implement experiments and A/B tests, document findings, and scale effective strategies; monitor experiment velocity and ensure insights are recorded.
• Maintain rigorous QA, tagging, and tracking practices to guarantee accurate delivery and measurement integrity.
• Create and sustain measurement-accurate setups, including platform pixel tagging, server-to-server integrations (CAPI/SDK where applicable), and first-party signal capture; utilize tools like Events Manager and Pixel Helper to identify and report gaps to senior measurement partners.
• Engage in cross-functional pod workflows (Creative, Data Strategy, Paid Search, Programmatic) and work towards achieving shared KPIs.
• 2–3+ years of experience in paid media (including paid social, paid search, and/or media buying) within an agency or in-house/client setting.
• Practical experience in building, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on paid social campaigns across Meta and at least one other platform (e.g., TikTok, Snap, Reddit, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X, Nextdoor, Google).
• Strong operational proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and other platform user interfaces; skilled in exporting, analyzing, and manipulating campaign data.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics / GA4 (or tools such as Northbeam, Adobe, TripleWhale, etc.) for fundamental cross-channel and assist analysis.
• Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Highly detail-oriented, with strong QA practices and a propensity for documenting processes and outcomes.
• Facebook Blueprint certification is preferred.
