This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Develop, oversee, and enhance paid social campaigns across Meta (primary), TikTok, Snap, Reddit, AppLovin, and additional emerging platforms.
β’ Take charge of budget distribution among channels and campaigns, knowing when and why to adjust spending.
β’ Conduct daily performance monitoring and implement real-time modifications to bidding, targeting, creative, and budget to meet CAC and volume objectives.
β’ Manage the entire campaign lifecycle from initiation to scaling and conclusion.
β’ Collaborate with the Video Editor & Graphic Designer to provide performance data-driven creative briefs β you understand effective hooks, winning formats by platform, and how to clearly communicate that to the creative team.
β’ Execute structured creative experiments (hook tests, format tests, CTA tests) with defined hypotheses and clear measurement frameworks.
β’ Establish a creative learning system where each test yields insights that inform subsequent briefs.
β’ Handle paid social reporting, including weekly performance summaries, creative scorecards, and channel-specific CAC tracking.
β’ Ensure clarity in attribution across platforms β you are aware of in-platform data limitations, how MMPs like AppsFlyer fit into the overall picture, and how to resolve conflicting signals.
β’ Spot trends, anomalies, and opportunities in the data before they escalate into issues or missed successes.
β’ Collaborate with the broader growth team to comprehend downstream metrics β installs, activations, deposits, LTV β beyond just top-of-funnel figures.
β’ 3-5+ years of direct experience in paid social, with hands-on management of Meta Ads Manager and at least one other significant platform.
β’ Demonstrated success in efficiently scaling paid social campaigns β you possess CAC and ROAS metrics you can reference with pride.
β’ Genuine platform expertise: you grasp Meta's algorithm behavior, TikTok's creative dynamics, mobile conversion intricacies, and MMP attribution edge cases.
β’ Strong creative judgment β you can distinguish between effective and ineffective ads, provide precise briefs to a creative team, and understand why certain hooks resonate.
β’ Proficient in constructing and interpreting dashboards β you don't require a data analyst to assess your campaign performance.
β’ High level of personal initiative β you proactively identify issues, devise solutions, and deliver results from start to finish.
β’ Enthusiastic sports fan β you keep up with games, appreciate the culture, and can instinctively identify what will resonate with a sports audience.
β’ A strong interest in fantasy sports and real-money contests is a significant advantage β you must comprehend the excitement of winning $1,000,000 from a $25 entry in a Survivor contest, and know how to present a major win effectively.
