This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +14 more states.
• Collaborate with Growth Partners, Directors, and media buyers across various channels to convert client business goals into actionable paid media strategies on Meta (Facebook & Instagram).
• Initiate, manage, and enhance campaigns to achieve and surpass KPI targets.
• Conduct daily oversight of ad expenditures and pacing to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
• Work in tandem with internal creative strategy partners to request feedback on ad creatives and ensure alignment with performance objectives and trends.
• Monitor, analyze, and interpret data from multiple platforms (Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Shopify, Looker Studio, etc.) to assess campaign performance and impact.
• Create performance reports and deliver essential insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Keep abreast of Meta’s changing platform features, updates, and industry trends.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding Meta ad performance, insights, and strategic recommendations on a regular basis, which includes developing reports and conducting update calls.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience with Meta ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Background working with DTC/e-commerce clients (i.e., purchase-optimized campaigns).
• Demonstrated history of managing and optimizing substantial budgets across campaigns.
• Capable of driving creative strategy on Meta ad accounts, including the development of creative and content pipelines, ad concepting, and briefing to scale accounts quickly.
• Knowledge of creative best practices on Meta, including image, video, and copy specifications.
• Skilled in multi-channel attribution and tracking across paid media platforms, with expertise in configuring, diagnosing, and resolving data and attribution challenges.
• Familiarity or experience with other paid channels (TikTok, Pinterest, Google) is an advantage.
• Experience managing accounts with monthly budgets of at least $100K.
