Paid Social Consultant – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee high-budget acquisition campaigns primarily on Google Ads and Bing.

• Take responsibility for performance within your portfolio, focusing on lead volume, quality, revenue, and margins.

• Evaluate campaign performance and pinpoint areas for increased efficiency and scalability.

• Conduct structured experiments involving keywords, bidding strategies, account organization, and landing pages.

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and internal teams to enhance the entire acquisition funnel.

• Consistently challenge and enhance existing strategies instead of merely maintaining them.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Paid Search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing).

• Strong practical experience in lead generation and customer acquisition.

• Experience handling multiple accounts with substantial monthly budgets.

• A strong analytical mindset: comfortable making data-driven decisions.

• Familiarity with the North American market, including clients, competition, and expectations.

• An ownership mentality: takes initiative without waiting for perfect guidance.

• Attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
