This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the daily management and performance of Google Ads and YouTube Ads, ensuring efficient budget utilization to achieve CPA and volume goals.
• Convert business objectives into campaign strategies involving keywords, bidding approaches, and audience segmentation.
• Develop and implement a structured testing framework for ad copy, landing pages, and bidding methodologies.
• Examine full-funnel performance to detect trends, diagnose issues, and identify scaling opportunities.
• Collaborate with Growth and Creative teams to enhance conversion rates and overall funnel efficiency.
• Refine conversion tracking and signal quality to ensure accurate attribution and performance-driven bidding.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the evolving search and paid media landscape, including AI-driven transformations.
• 3 to 5+ years of practical experience with Google Ads, demonstrating a history of performance improvement.
• Proven capability to manage and scale paid search channels while meeting CPA and ROAS targets.
• Strong analytical abilities to convert data into concise, actionable insights.
• Advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4, Northbeam, or equivalent.
• Comfortable working independently and taking full responsibility for channel performance from start to finish.
