This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of monthly qualified lead and pipeline objectives.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive demand generation campaigns.
• Enhance lead acquisition through methods such as: Cold email outreach (Instantly, Million Verifier), Paid search and social media campaigns, Landing pages, and conversion funnels in GoHighLevel.
• Create and refine lead nurturing sequences.
• Administer lifecycle marketing automation.
• Optimize lead-to-customer conversion processes.
• Partner with sales for efficient lead handoff.
• Continuously experiment and enhance: Offers, Target audiences, Creative assets, Advertising copy, Funnel performance.
• Provide weekly reports on: Cost per Lead (CPL), Conversion Rates, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Pipeline Contribution.
• Deliver actionable insights and suggestions.
• Keep a close watch on competitors, industry trends, and market opportunities.
• Discover new targeting, messaging, and acquisition strategies.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
• Proficient in English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Demonstrated success in generating qualified leads and contributing to pipeline growth.
• Competence in deliverability management.
• Experience in list building and validation.
• Proficient in email sequencing.
• Strong background in Google Ads.
• Proven experience in constructing and optimizing marketing funnels.
• Familiarity with CAC conversion metrics.
• Understanding of unit economics.
• Highly self-motivated and results-driven.
