This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Define and take ownership of Spinnaker Support's global demand generation strategy.
• Develop and continually enhance a multi-channel demand generation program.
• Act as the senior marketing leader accountable for pipeline contributions.
• Convert business objectives into quarterly and annual demand generation roadmaps.
• Lead, mentor, and expand a small team of Demand Generation Managers.
• Manage and oversee the global demand generation budget.
• Direct the ABM strategy focused on targeting enterprise accounts.
• Ensure alignment between Pardot and Salesforce CRM.
• Take ownership of global demand generation reporting and create necessary dashboards.
• 8+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
• Proven track record in building and scaling demand generation programs within enterprise technology, SaaS, or IT services.
• Practical knowledge of at least one enterprise marketing automation platform (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, or equivalent).
• Strong expertise in Salesforce CRM for pipeline tracking, campaign attribution, and revenue reporting.
• Demonstrated experience managing a marketing budget and making data-driven decisions on expenditures.
• History of driving measurable and attributable pipeline results.
• Robust ABM experience with a focus on enterprise accounts, including account tiering, intent data, and multi-threaded engagement strategies.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
