This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.
β’ Strategically plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms including Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, with an emphasis on driving pipeline and revenue.
β’ Oversee budgets for different channels, diligently monitoring performance, return on investment (ROI), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
β’ Implement account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives utilizing tools like Demandbase, targeting key accounts throughout their buyer journey.
β’ Analyze campaign performance using defined metrics, converting insights into actionable optimization strategies and enhancements.
β’ Proven experience in managing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
β’ Knowledge of ABM tools like Demandbase, 6sense, or similar applications.
β’ Proficient in working with data and reporting tools to translate insights into actionable steps.
β’ Ability to communicate paid media concepts clearly and foster strong relationships across teams.
