This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Lead effective and profitable client growth in Paid Search and Shopping by creating and refining comprehensive programs that minimize waste and maximize impact.
• Utilize a thorough measurement approach, harness AI-powered workflows, and employ Tinuiti’s Bliss Point platform to transform data into actionable insights that enhance ROAS, revenue, and LTV.
• Develop strategies based on client P&L, market trends, and the customer journey; articulate trade-offs and alternatives.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with client stakeholders; synchronize multi-channel initiatives with brand and ecommerce results.
• Incorporate search and shopping into larger growth strategies; communicate in business terms.
• Responsibly apply platform capabilities (e.g., Google/Microsoft Ads, SA360/Skai), feed management, and AI tools to boost efficiency and outcomes.
• Guarantee data integrity (tagging, feeds, tracking) and clarify the implications of data structure to inform decision-making.
• Exhibit extensive knowledge in Paid Search and Shopping with advanced multi-channel awareness; link measurement strategies to growth objectives.
• Provide education to clients and internal teams; document insights and playbooks for scalability.
• Work with a sense of accountability and urgency; identify and eliminate process and media inefficiencies.
• 5–7 years of experience managing Paid Search/Shopping at scale ($200k+/mo) with comprehensive ownership.
• Proficient in platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Merchant Center; feed management (e.g., Feedonomics); competitive analysis tools (Auction Insights, Adalysis/Adthena/SpyFu) for strategic positioning; campaign management (e.g., SA360, Skai); comfortable with scripts/automation.
• Strong skills in Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
• Certifications: Google Search & Shopping (or to be completed within the first 60 days).
• Additional Google certifications are advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets; strong skills in experimentation and forecasting; capacity to quantify financial impacts.
• Ability to craft compelling narratives for senior stakeholders; influence across various functions; possess a client-facing demeanor.
• Experience in mentoring junior team members and peers (not in a managerial role).
