This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Design and oversee strategies and planning for paid search accounts.
• Oversee the initiation of new paid search campaigns.
• Direct optimization efforts to achieve defined performance targets.
• Manage client expectations and maintain effective communication throughout engagements.
• Gain insights into clients' products, competition, industry, marketing objectives, and goals.
• Evaluate performance metrics and site analytics for monthly and quarterly reports.
• Administer PPC budgets to ensure efficient and timely spending.
• Oversee project plans, launch schedules, scope of work, and delivery timelines.
• Assist in testing paid channels and analyze outcomes to enhance KPIs.
• Predict monthly and quarterly performance outcomes.
• Diagnose issues related to paid search KPI performance and develop solutions.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices, discussing potential impacts with the team.
• Implement automotive OEM guidelines and regulations within automotive accounts.
• Cultivate relationships with search engines and comprehend their services, capabilities, and requirements.
• Assist the Finance Department with billing and invoicing for search engines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in paid search engine marketing.
• Experience in an agency setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with Google AdWords and Microsoft adCenter.
• In-depth knowledge of PPC, including product listing ads, dynamic search, landing page testing, and optimization.
• Strong background in data analytics and strategy.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics is essential.
• Capability to think strategically and drive results to enhance business growth.
• Ability to engage with individuals at all levels of the organization, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
• High-level expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Outstanding oral, written, presentation, and communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to collaborate as a team member.
