This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will strategize, launch, and enhance search and shopping initiatives (Google, Bing, YouTube, along with other relevant retail platforms), ensuring tight budget management and transforming data into clear decisions.
• Your responsibilities include planning, booking, and optimizing paid search campaigns (e.g., Google AdWords, YouTube, Bing Ads, Amazon, etc.) for 5-8 clients, using available search planning tools to craft effective search strategies.
• You will design and execute A/B experiments to evaluate keywords, bidding strategies, ad copy, landing pages, offers, and more.
• You will provide guidance on paid search strategies, rationales, and plans to achieve client objectives.
• Staying updated on the latest trends in search, social media, mobile marketing, tracking and tagging, behavioral marketing, retargeting, and addressability is essential.
• You will oversee the monthly reporting and strategy sessions with clients, managing overall communication for all channel initiatives.
• You will define, develop, and manage channel initiatives to consistently achieve targets for channels across all clients.
• Acting as a strategic advisor, you will recommend strategic shifts to enhance channel performance.
• You will confidently present reports to clients, showcasing the performance of your channels, their contribution to other channels in the funnel, and their impact on the client's business, while suggesting next steps.
• A monthly forecast for respective channels based on budget and/or revenue goals will be part of your responsibilities.
• Collaborating with other media and creative agency team members is crucial to ensure that the creative specifications of negotiated plans are fulfilled.
• You will continuously identify cross-channel strategies and collaborations with clients to enhance performance.
• Effectively communicating with clients about the team's capabilities and opportunities, you will proactively suggest solutions for any ad hoc issues.
• Experience: You possess 2-5 years of successful hands-on experience in paid search or SEM, preferably in an agency setting. You are well-versed in ensuring smooth operations and have implemented successful tactics in previous roles.
• Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, science, or a related field is preferred.
• Analytical Mindset: You are an analytical thinker with experience in converting complex data into clear reports, understanding the broader perspective, and breaking it down into actionable plans that yield results.
• Communication: Your communication abilities are exceptional, allowing you to effectively engage with senior stakeholders.
• Time Management: You excel in time management, adept at juggling multiple tasks efficiently.
• Industry Passion: You have a genuine enthusiasm for the e-commerce, advertising, and agency sectors, and are eager to make a significant impact in these areas.
