• Collaborate with members of the Search team on strategies and discussions regarding paid search performance.
• Proactively seek out opportunities for optimization and innovation across various accounts.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of paid search campaigns, which includes account setup, budget management, optimization, and reporting.
• Actively oversee campaigns using platforms such as Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads, and SA360.
• Track performance across different search platforms and offer proactive optimizations and recommendations to achieve KPIs.
• Convert insights into actionable steps that lead to measurable impacts for clients.
• Work in conjunction with internal teams to ensure that campaign execution meets client objectives.
• Handle daily tasks and responsibilities using the team’s project management platform.
• Provide clients with clear, data-driven performance reports and insights.
• Suggest testing strategies, shifts in budget allocation, and adjustments to bid strategies based on performance trends.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and punctuality in reporting.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in paid search.
• Proven hands-on experience managing monthly campaign budgets exceeding $100,000.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficient in Google Ads and Google Ads Editor.
• Experience with Google Shopping, Demand Gen, and Performance Max is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Ads, SA360, and Google Analytics.
