• Oversee the strategy and execution of paid search and paid social initiatives across various ecommerce brands.
• Take charge of campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and performance analysis across platforms including Google Ads, Google Shopping, Performance Max, Bing/Microsoft Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and Retargeting/display platforms.
• Develop, enhance, and expand ecommerce acquisition campaigns through branded, non-branded, shopping, and remarketing efforts.
• Manage audience targeting, segmentation, bidding strategies, creative testing, and landing page alignment.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative and Merchandising teams to refine ad creative, promotional messaging, and product presentation.
• Work in conjunction with Product Development and Merchandising teams to facilitate product launches and seasonal campaigns.
• Assist in the development and management of promotional campaign strategies across all three brands.
• Partner with Ecommerce teams to enhance landing page performance, conversion rates, and the overall customer experience on-site.
• Evaluate campaign, keyword, audience, and product-level performance to pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Support feed optimization efforts for Google Merchant Center and shopping campaigns.
• Conduct attribution analysis and reporting utilizing GA4 and analytics from advertising platforms.
• Create dashboards and reports that effectively convey performance trends and opportunities.
• Experiment with and optimize new acquisition channels, ad formats, and campaign strategies.
• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in paid media within ecommerce or direct-to-consumer settings.
• Proven expertise in managing Google Ads, Google Shopping, Performance Max, Meta advertising platforms, and Retargeting/display campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills coupled with a performance marketing mindset.
• In-depth knowledge of ecommerce KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, MER, conversion rate, AOV, and customer acquisition efficiency.
• Experience with product feeds, Google Merchant Center, and ecommerce catalog advertising.
• Familiarity with GA4, attribution modeling, and digital analytics platforms.
• Proven track record of collaborating with creative and merchandising teams to enhance performance.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple brands, priorities, and campaigns concurrently.
• Comfortable working independently while engaging in cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong communication and reporting abilities.
• Manage substantial monthly digital advertising budgets with a keen emphasis on ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, and profitable revenue growth.
• Coordinate with external partners or agencies during the transition of bringing the role in-house.
