This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Implementation of paid search campaigns across a varied range of D2C brands.
• Create, oversee, and expand Google Ads campaigns spanning Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube, and Demand Gen.
• Collaborate closely with Growth Strategists, Creative Strategists, and founders to enhance profitable customer acquisition and discover new growth possibilities through search intent and demand capture.
• Perform regular account audits and strategic evaluations.
• Continuously optimize campaigns utilizing platform data, attribution insights, and commercial performance metrics.
• Develop structured experimentation frameworks across campaigns, audiences, creative assets, and landing pages.
• Over 3 years of experience managing Google Ads for e-commerce brands.
• Demonstrated success in managing six and seven-figure annual advertising budgets.
• Strong proficiency in Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• Experience in a performance marketing agency or within a high-growth DTC brand.
• In-depth understanding of e-commerce metrics such as CAC, MER, NC-ROAS, LTV, and AOV.
• Familiarity with Shopify, Triple Whale, Northbeam, and GA4.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance campaign management and operational efficiency.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
