This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Take full ownership of the strategy, execution, performance, and reporting for Google and Bing campaigns including Search, Shopping, Pmax, and YouTube when relevant.
• Efficiently scale both brand and non-brand initiatives with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
• Develop, monitor, and optimize campaigns meticulously — from keyword strategy and ad copy experimentation to bid management and budget pacing.
• Collaborate with internal analytics and finance teams to forecast, measure, and report on essential KPIs (ROAS, CAC, AOV, LTV, Margin).
• Identify and implement new growth opportunities that will generate incremental value.
• Oversee daily performance dashboards and provide clear insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Work collaboratively with media, creative, and site teams to ensure alignment among audiences, quality traffic, conversion, and merchandising strategies.
• Uphold a test-learn-apply mindset, striving to discover efficiencies and sustainable growth levers.
• Foster a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, consistently demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and excellent customer service.
• Represent SHP professionally in interactions with customers and the community.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in paid search within eCommerce or DTC environments.
• Proven success in efficiently and profitably scaling customer acquisition versus demand capture campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Shopping, PMax, and feed management tools.
• Experience managing monthly paid search budgets exceeding $1M with measurable business outcomes.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets — comfortable with pivot tables, formulas, and performance modeling.
• Highly analytical mindset; passionate about numbers leading to actionable insights, performance metrics, and ongoing optimization.
• Extensive experience with analytics tools such as GA4 or Amplitude.
• Strong capability to translate data into insights and actionable recommendations.
• Experience working in-house for large brands or with prominent agencies — both are significant advantages.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Highly Preferred: Experience in DTC e-commerce subscription businesses.
• Background in vitamins, supplements, wellness, skincare, or health-oriented brands.
• Experience in high-SKU e-commerce environments.
• Familiarity with Shopify-based e-commerce businesses.
