Paid Search Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• You will oversee the strategy and performance of designated client accounts, emphasizing innovation and achieving their objectives.

• Initiate campaigns utilizing Google Ads (search, shopping, display, and video) or Microsoft Ads.

• Conduct daily optimization and growth of accounts.

• Generate performance reports and convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.

• Lead initiatives for search innovation and testing.

• Assist in Quarterly Business Reviews with clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of the technologies and processes related to managing Paid Search campaigns, specifically Google Ads (search, shopping, display, and video) or Microsoft Ads (Bing).

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an agency setting managing substantial budgets for clients.

• Proficient in maintaining complex spreadsheets in Excel and handling large volumes of data.

• Passionate about building relationships with clients, fostering long-term connections, and enhancing their business value.

• Proactive in seeking and implementing solutions to streamline and automate processes.

• Skilled at adjusting strategies and plans to adapt to unforeseen challenges.
