This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Support the search marketing team in executing paid search strategies across both web and mobile app platforms.
• Perform advanced keyword research, conduct competitive analysis, and optimize audience targeting.
• Oversee campaign budgets, bids, and performance optimization to meet target KPIs alongside managers.
• Implement and test Custom Product Pages (CPPs) to enhance conversion rates.
• Analyze ASA performance data and offer actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
• Create, launch, and optimize Google Ads search campaigns aimed at web and mobile app objectives.
• Develop and implement Bing Ads search campaigns to support the Google search strategy.
• Design and manage App Campaigns for app installations, optimizing them for in-app performance goals.
• Apply advanced bidding strategies and optimize creative content.
• Enhance campaigns based on Acquisition Goals and company KPIs.
• Launch integrated paid search campaigns across both web and mobile app funnels.
• Monitor mobile attribution and in-app events using AppsFlyer.
• Conduct regular A/B testing of ad copy, landing pages, CPPs (Custom Product Pages), and bidding strategies.
• Provide consistent performance reports that include actionable insights and recommendations.
• Preferred 1-2 years of hands-on experience in paid search management.
• Beginner-level proficiency with the Apple Search Ads (ASA) platform, Google Ads (including search and App Campaigns), and Bing Ads campaign optimization.
• Experience managing monthly budgets across various search platforms.
• Capability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Developing proficiency in conversion tracking, event tracking, and attribution modeling.
• Experience with automated bidding strategies and machine learning optimization is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Basic understanding of customer acquisition metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, CPI, CPA).
• Knowledge of paid search best practices and industry benchmarks is beneficial.
• Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
