This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• You will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and performance of paid search for an initial portfolio of 3 to 5 B2B clients.
• Establish Omniscient Digital's Google Ads MCC and Microsoft Ads agency account, including defining access policies.
• Create and implement procedures for client onboarding and offboarding.
• Collaborate with our Financial Controller to develop the billing and invoicing processes.
• Execute quality assurance, escalation, and risk management procedures.
• Lead end-to-end paid search strategy on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads/Bing tailored for B2B clients.
• Develop, launch, and enhance comprehensive paid search programs aligned with pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Oversee client budgets that range from $10K to $100K+ each month.
• Take charge of weekly and monthly performance reports, providing a clear narrative that connects paid search expenditures to pipeline impacts.
• Design multi-touch attribution frameworks that associate paid search activities with pipeline and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
• 4-6+ years of practical paid media experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a B2B SaaS or B2B lead generation environment.
• At least 2 years of experience in an agency setting, engaging directly with clients and managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Proven ability to establish a paid search function from the ground up within an agency.
• Extensive expertise in Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Display) and Microsoft Ads/Bing.
• Documented experience managing monthly paid search budgets of $10K to $100K+, with direct responsibility for performance outcomes.
• Solid understanding of campaign architecture, bidding strategies, audience targeting, conversion tracking, and attribution methods.
• Experience in full-funnel B2B marketing, including demand generation, lead generation, account-based marketing (ABM), and pipeline acceleration through paid search.
• Regular use of AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for optimizing campaigns, generating ad copy, and automating workflows.
