This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the daily management and optimization of paid acquisition campaigns across Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Shopping, Display, Demand Gen, and Microsoft/Bing Ads—holding full responsibility for pacing, budget allocation, and performance to ensure effective growth and profitability.
• Initiate, manage, and enhance campaigns focusing on reducing CAC and boosting CVR; pinpoint scaling opportunities while adhering to efficiency targets.
• Discover, assess, and assist in scaling new acquisition avenues across AI/LLM search platforms (e.g., Perplexity, ChatGPT, Gemini), Apple Search Ads, new Google AI-driven ad surfaces, and additional channels pertinent to customer acquisition.
• Execute keyword, audience, bidding, feed, and landing page optimizations with accuracy and diligence—acting swiftly on reversible decisions and escalating appropriately on critical matters.
• Create and refine ad copy and messaging strategies that are guided by search intent, performance data, competitive trends, and insights from creative testing.
• Evaluate campaign and funnel performance to identify insights and optimization opportunities—translating data into clear, actionable recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Develop performance reporting and analyses that convey channel health, trends, and strategic recommendations; present findings with a degree of data storytelling that makes insights accessible to cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align media strategy with overarching acquisition and growth objectives; consistently test and iterate on bidding strategies, audience targeting, creative, landing pages, and campaign structure.
• Stay updated on evolving AI-driven search trends and changes within the advertising ecosystem—leveraging that knowledge for future channel strategy.
• Utilize AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to enhance campaign workflows, expedite creative ideation, streamline reporting, and improve operational efficiency—with a strong focus on data visualization and performance storytelling.
• Identify chances to employ automation and AI tools to boost testing speed, campaign management, and performance insight generation.
• Remain informed on advancing AI capabilities within the search advertising realm and provide an informed perspective on how to integrate them into this channel.
• Ensure the technical health and measurement integrity of the paid search channel across tracking, attribution, feeds, and campaign delivery.
• Collaborate with analytics, engineering, and product teams to guarantee accurate conversion tracking, tagging, attribution, and event measurement across platforms.
• Regularly audit and troubleshoot tracking infrastructure, product feeds, landing pages, and campaign setups to proactively identify and resolve performance issues.
• Utilize tools such as GA4, GTM, Amplitude, and Contentsquare to analyze user behavior and comprehend the complete customer journey from impression to conversion.
• Leverage funnel analysis and on-site behavioral insights to pinpoint friction points, conversion drop-offs, and opportunities for landing page optimization.
• Develop a solid understanding of how users interact with the site experience specifically from Google and paid search traffic, using insights to enhance acquisition efficiency and conversion rates.
• Monitor attribution trends and platform changes to maintain ongoing measurement accuracy and performance stability.
• 5-7 years of hands-on experience managing Search Ads campaigns at scale, with proven accountability for substantial paid media budgets.
• Extensive expertise in Search, PMax, Shopping, YouTube, and Demand Gen campaigns.
• High data proficiency: a strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform raw performance data into actionable insights quickly and independently.
• Proven capability to efficiently scale customer acquisition while enhancing CAC and CVR.
• Strong understanding of conversion optimization, attribution, and performance analytics.
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and demonstrated application of these tools to enhance workflow, reporting, or analysis.
• Experience with Amplitude, Contentsquare, Tableau, and/or Asana.
• Ability to independently manage and operate a performance marketing channel with minimal oversight.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly iterative environment.
