This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Strategize, develop, and oversee campaigns across Search, Local Services Ads, Performance Max, Demand Gen, and YouTube, ensuring alignment with client objectives for lead generation, operational efficiency, or revenue enhancement.
• Take ownership of continuous campaign improvements, including keyword management, bid adjustments, audience targeting, ad copy refinement, and overall targeting strategies.
• Create and implement structured testing methodologies across ad copy, bidding techniques, audience segments, and campaign setups utilizing the TELO framework.
• Keep track of account performance and budget allocation throughout your portfolio.
• Convert performance metrics into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Senior Media Strategists and account teams to ensure search execution is in line with the larger client strategy.
• A minimum of 2 years of practical SEM management experience with Google and Bing.
• Proficient understanding of keyword strategy, match type frameworks, and Smart Bidding selection processes.
• Strong grasp of key performance indicators (CPA/CPL, ROAS, CVR, impression share, Quality Score).
• Familiarity with conversion tracking, basic Google Tag Manager usage, and GA4/auto-tagging integration.
• Experience using Google Ads Editor and comfortable managing multiple accounts and over 50 campaigns monthly.
