This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nicaragua.
• Oversee paid search campaigns for a diverse range of clients, varying in business types, sizes, and industries, which includes daily optimizations and strategic adjustments.
• Deliver insightful analysis, interpretation, and actionable plans based on campaign performance metrics and data from client-specific sources (e.g., GA, Shopify, etc.).
• Actively participate in weekly department scrums and training sessions to enhance channel expertise.
• Consistently strive to enhance campaign performance relative to client objectives.
• Maintain regular and effective communication with both internal agency teams and assigned clients.
• Look to leverage available AI and outsourcing resources to streamline workflow wherever feasible.
• Engage in the creation of new departmental training materials.
• Utilize AI technologies to improve and optimize business operations.
• Employ and take advantage of Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it pertains to your department.
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year in an agency environment.
• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience with Search Engine Marketing.
• Experience in campaign development and optimization processes, including bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy creation.
• Considerable campaign management experience in one or more of the following additional campaign types:
• Performance Max
• Standard Shopping
• YouTube Ads
• Display Advertising
• Local campaigns
• Bing Ads
• Proficient in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s).
• Proficient in Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and the role of paid media within the funnel.
• Other essential skills include:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• A self-driven individual with a strong motivation to succeed.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• A robust work ethic and the capacity to learn swiftly and independently.

• Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required for this position.
• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, including at least 1 year in an agency setting.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Search Engine Marketing.
• Specifically, experience in campaign development and optimization processes such as bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy creation.
• Significant campaign management experience in one or more of the following additional campaign types:
• Performance Max
• Standard Shopping
• YouTube Ads
• Display Advertising
