This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Manage and oversee a portfolio of Paid Media accounts.
• Provide direct support to client representatives.
• Engage in weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on assigned tasks, quality of work, and opportunities for improvement in collaboration.
• Foster referrals through established client relationships and professional networks.
• Develop strategic plans for clients on a quarterly basis.
• Possess the capability to create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media initiatives across various channels.
• Have a thorough understanding of client positioning and their distinct value propositions.
• Ensure accurate lead routing within a CRM system.
• Recognize the significance of Programmatic campaigns.
• Be accountable for personal productivity and utilization rates.
• Collaborate closely with the Associate Director to meet both internal and client objectives.
• Implement and enhance PPC advertising campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, concentrating on keyword research, ad copy creation, and audience targeting to optimize ROI.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a performance or digital marketing agency.
• Experience with B2B SaaS/tech clients within an agency environment.
• Extensive knowledge of paid search and paid social advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
• Proficient in utilizing advertising tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong grasp of PPC principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms to make informed decisions and optimize campaign outcomes.
• Proven ability to drive results and measure performance via OCT.
• Demonstrated success with mid-market or enterprise accounts.
• A distinctive perspective on creating value for SaaS.
• Capability to translate and articulate strategies and narrate data-driven stories.
• Skill in organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects at once.
• A passion for quality and a strong commitment to the advertising profession.
• Motivated to stay abreast of industry trends, including actively learning how AI and automation can enhance marketing and operations.
• Willingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year or as required.
