Paid Media Specialist – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create campaign strategies that align with each client's objectives, target demographics, budget, and sector

• Design, launch, and manage paid advertising initiatives on platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads

• Perform keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning

• Oversee and optimize campaigns to enhance leads, sales, conversions, and return on ad spend

• Evaluate campaign performance and deliver comprehensive reports, insights, and suggestions

• Provide support for Amazon advertising campaigns as needed, including keyword, bid, and search term optimization

• Assist with email marketing campaigns, CRM updates, GoHighLevel workflows, and various marketing automation tasks

• Keep organized records, reports, and documentation related to campaigns

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience in managing paid media campaigns

• Proficient experience with Google Ads, covering campaign setup, keyword research, bidding strategies, optimization, and performance evaluation

• Extensive experience managing Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram

• Capability to manage both paid media strategy and execution of campaigns

• Experience in optimizing campaigns for leads, sales, conversions, and return on ad spend

• Strong grasp of audience targeting, conversion tracking, campaign testing, and reporting

• Ability to work autonomously and take responsibility for assigned campaigns

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Must currently reside in the Philippines and have legal authorization to work there
