• Oversee and enhance Google Ads campaigns across Australia, the United States, and New Zealand.
• Manage the complete campaign lifecycle — from strategy development and launch to optimization and performance reporting.
• Handle monthly media budgets ranging from $10K to $250K or more.
• Plan, create, launch, and refine Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and Demand Generation.
• Administer and implement Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns as a secondary channel.
• Formulate bidding strategies, audience segmentation, ad copy testing, and landing page suggestions to achieve measurable outcomes.
• Ensure campaigns adhere to Google’s Therapeutic Goods Advertising (TGA) regulations.
• Monitor and adjust campaigns in response to changes in regulations or platform policies.
• Provide clear and actionable performance reports to stakeholders and clients.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and web teams to enhance overall conversion performance throughout the funnel.
• A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in managing Google Ads.
• Demonstrated experience handling monthly media budgets between $10K and $250K or more.
• Strong understanding of TGA advertising regulations for restricted healthcare and therapeutic sectors.
• Experience executing campaigns in Australia, the US, and/or New Zealand, with a grasp of regional specifics.
• Extensive expertise in various Google Ads campaign types: Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube/Video, and Demand Generation.
• Practical experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
• Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, and Excel/Sheets.
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly concerning compliance and budget oversight.
