This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage comprehensive paid media initiatives across the portfolio from inception to completion, including Search Query Reviews, account audits, and onboarding tasks.
• Assist in biweekly performance evaluations for Paid Search, Paid Social, Performance Max, and Demand Gen.
• Extract and organize data to support pattern-level insights for the wider team.
• Propel execution-layer tasks to completion in collaboration with the Paid Media team.
• Design and document campaign experiments that align with team objectives and established testing parameters.
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions and collaborative meetings.
• Keep updated on platform modifications, algorithm changes, and industry best practices, integrating them into daily operations.
• Act as the primary contact for client inquiries during the account team's offline hours on hybrid Fridays.
• Address tactical requests such as property-level updates, budget suggestions, new property enrollments, and ad copy inquiries.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to GA4, GSC, GTM access, tags, data, and platform accessibility.
• Resolve issues within scope and escalate incidents clearly when necessary.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all requests and actions for continuity within the account team.
• Ensure regular communication with clients.
• Identify recurring request types and gaps to enhance the scope of supportable requests.
• 2–4 years of experience in a client-facing digital marketing, account coordination, or account management role, preferably on the agency side.
• Proficiency in paid media platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and GA4.
• Proven ability to maintain professional client communication via email, even with clients who may be waiting or frustrated.
• Hands-on technical expertise in GA4, GSC, GTM, tag/tracking troubleshooting, and managing platform access.
• Ability to navigate a diverse range of accounts, tools, and request types with minimal onboarding time for each.
• Strong triage skills—experience in determining what issues to resolve, what to hold, and what to escalate.
• Exceptional written communication skills in English; the ability to respond quickly and clearly via email under pressure is a key expectation.
• Highly organized with a solid habit of documentation.
• Understanding of digital marketing channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Organic Social, Display, and Email.
• Background in multifamily or real estate digital marketing is advantageous but not essential.
