This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Develop, execute, and oversee paid media campaigns on platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and other pertinent channels.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to enhance performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
• Conduct audience analysis and segmentation to effectively target advertisements.
• Analyze campaign performance data and create reports that offer actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with creative teams to craft engaging ad creatives and messaging.
• Manage advertising budgets and allocate expenditures efficiently across various campaigns and platforms.
• Remain informed about the latest trends and best practices in paid media and digital advertising.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns across diverse digital platforms.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other leading advertising platforms.
• Proficient in data analysis and performance tracking tools.
• Experience in budget management and campaign optimization.
• Excellent communication abilities and a knack for collaborative teamwork.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
