Paid Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• As a Paid Media Specialist, you will spearhead the implementation and optimization of your clients' paid search (PPC) marketing initiatives.

• Your role involves strategic planning, performance analysis, testing, and reporting on all assigned client campaigns, utilizing platforms such as Google, Bing, and Facebook.

• You will maintain regular communication with your clients through virtual meetings.

• By analyzing campaigns and executing optimizations, you will effectively achieve your clients' KPIs.

• Your capability to deliver innovative solutions for both clients and the company will yield outstanding results!

• Oversee and serve as the primary contact for assigned client paid media accounts.

• Identify and apply effective paid media strategies and best practices, encompassing search, display, remarketing, social, and video advertisements.

• Track the performance of marketing initiatives via monthly reports and provide recommendations to enhance ROI.

• Assist the New Business and Strategy Departments with sales efforts, organic growth, and client retention strategies.

• Assign tasks to Paid Media Coordinators and Assistants when necessary.

• Extract, analyze, organize, and interpret data.

• Ensure clear and consistent communication between internal product teams and external clients.

• Research and keep abreast of the latest marketing trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• A proven track record of prioritizing, organizing, and multitasking in a dynamic and fast-paced environment to meet deadlines effectively.

• Strong conceptual and written communication skills with a comprehensive understanding of the English language (spelling, grammar, and vocabulary).

• Demonstrated presentation abilities.

• Proficient in conveying both technical and non-technical information between internal product teams and external clients.

• Proven skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Strategic and analytical thinking skills when addressing problems.

• A solid understanding of both Google and Bing platforms.

• Familiarity with Google Ads, as well as a basic knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.

• Google Ads Certification.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Paid Media.

• At least 5 years of experience in customer service or consulting.
