Paid Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Strategize, initiate, and enhance paid media campaigns primarily on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

• Create predominantly static and some video advertisement assets utilizing AI tools.

• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer as necessary while independently generating creative content.

• Track campaign performance on a daily basis.

• Evaluate ROAS, CTR, and Engagement Rates to assess profitability and make strategic adjustments.

• Develop audience targeting and segmentation strategies aimed at Gen-Z/Gamer and professional/lifestyle demographics.

• Execute retargeting strategies based on customer behaviors.

• Partner with the Founder to refine advertising strategies, particularly for clients initiating ads from the ground up.

• Initially concentrate on guiding campaigns through the ad launch, consideration, and conversion stages.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in managing paid social/search campaigns within e-commerce environments.

• Strong proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.

• Experience utilizing AI tools for content generation, graphic design, and video production.

• Capability to analyze raw platform data from GA4 and Meta Insights without reliance on third-party attribution tools.

• Native or near-native fluency in written English.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Comfortable engaging with clients and collaborating with remote teams on a global scale.

• Self-motivated individual who excels in an independent work environment with weekly check-ins.

• Highly adaptable and able to switch between various brand voices and industries.
