This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Oversee the daily operations of the Paid Media Lab, assisting brand leaders in pinpointing and implementing impactful, scalable tests utilizing Agile methodologies.
• Manage the LiftLab Media Mix Modeling Vendor relationship, ensuring data integrity, handling business updates, and generating reports from LiftLab to enhance the effectiveness of marketing spend across four brands with a total exceeding $100MM.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Finance teams outside of LiftLab to ensure the Media Mix Model is guided by the latest demand forecasts, budgets, promotional schedules, and other organizational changes.
• Assume ownership of new business development initiatives within paid media, focusing on opportunities in marketplaces, social selling, and innovative ventures.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a corporate environment.
• Hands-on experience with Paid Search and Paid Social channels is highly desirable.
• Experience with digital creative; a basic understanding of various marketing channels and their respective asset requirements.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
