This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as the main contact for creative operations related to paid media across global marketing, brand, creative, and agency partners.
• Effectively oversee the complete creative operations for paid media campaigns, encompassing intake, scoping, quality assurance, and the delivery of all asset requirements (e.g., specification sheets, creative briefs, trackers, and final assets).
• Manage copy development processes from initiation to approvals, localization handoff, and readiness for activation.
• Ensure alignment among stakeholders regarding timelines, deliverables, and priorities across multiple creative workstreams.
• Facilitate timely and constructive creative feedback cycles that promote stakeholder alignment, uphold quality standards, and guarantee on-time execution.
• Route all assets and copy through necessary approval processes, including legal and ESRB compliance.
• Coordinate the prompt delivery of approved assets to regional teams for localization purposes.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential impacts related to changes in timelines or scope, and communicate plans for mitigation.
• Own and enhance operational workflows for paid media, implementing scalable solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Assist in optimizing tools and systems (e.g., trackers, asset repositories, project management systems) to enhance operational visibility and rigor.
• A minimum of 5 years of recent experience in paid media operations, campaign operations, or creative project management is required.
• Ability to quickly become effective and contribute in a contract-based role with set project timelines and deliverables.
• Strong project management capabilities; adept at managing complex workflows and driving deliverables across various stakeholders.
• Exceptional communication skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• Comfortable functioning in a dynamic, high-growth team environment.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong quality assurance instincts.
• Flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend work during peak campaign periods.
