• This fully remote position is ideal for someone located in South Africa who wishes to work alongside a vibrant, forward-thinking team on impactful campaigns that deliver results.
• Planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Driving innovative solutions and formulating advanced strategies to assist clients in achieving their objectives.
• Specializing in a particular advertising platform, becoming a subject matter expert, and offering training and insights to the broader team.
• Providing comprehensive campaign analysis and recommendations to clients during and after campaign execution.
• Setting up and managing Google Analytics 4 accounts to ensure effective tracking and reporting.
• Leading client calls and presentations, confidently sharing campaign results, strategies, and new ideas.
• Collaborating with team members to evaluate and enhance optimizations, ensuring continuous improvement in paid media delivery.
• Experienced: You possess a proven history of managing paid search and social campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, LinkedIn, or TikTok.
• Data-driven: You are analytical and performance-focused, capable of interpreting data and providing actionable insights to enhance campaigns.
• Detail-oriented: You are organized and adept at managing multiple projects at once.
• Communicative: You are confident in presenting ideas, strategies, and results to both clients and team members.
• Eager to grow: You have a passion for continuous learning and are open to mastering new tools, platforms, and strategies.
• Bonus points: Meta Blueprint certification or experience with tools such as Google Campaign Manager 360 and Search Ads 360.
