• Take charge of launching retargeting programs from the ground up across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn, which involves pixel configuration, audience structuring, funnel segmentation, and creative strategy development.
• Create and oversee prospecting campaigns on paid social platforms and community channels, such as Reddit and Quora, while continually testing, learning, and scaling successful strategies.
• Manage paid advertising efforts aimed at generating business leads for our new Parcelhero Pro SaaS subscription plans. This includes overseeing LinkedIn campaigns targeting SMEs, e-commerce companies, and direct-to-consumer brands.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of our Google and Microsoft PPC accounts to offer knowledgeable support and fill in as necessary.
• Utilize GA4 on a daily basis to assess campaign performance, monitor conversion events, and pinpoint optimization opportunities.
• Develop and sustain paid media dashboards in Looker or Power BI for all channels under your management. Provide clear reports to the Head of Marketing and CRO regarding channel performance, CAC, and ROAS.
• Conduct structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages, documenting insights and applying them consistently.
• Provide the design team with comprehensive briefs regarding ad creative needs across all paid social platforms, offering clear, data-driven feedback on what is effective and what is not.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing, CIO, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• A minimum of 3 years of practical paid media experience, with direct involvement in campaigns across at least two channels beyond Google Search.
• Demonstrable experience in creating and managing paid social campaigns on Meta Ads, achieving measurable performance results. Experience with TikTok or LinkedIn is a strong advantage.
• Expertise in retargeting: you have previously established and managed retargeting programs, including audience segmentation and creative sequencing.
• Strong knowledge of GA4, with regular usage, understanding of event tracking and conversion reporting, and the ability to diagnose performance issues using the tool.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau for reporting and data visualization purposes.
• A genuinely hands-on approach: you actively build, launch, and optimize campaigns yourself. This position is not suited for someone who manages agencies or delegates execution.
• Excellent analytical skills: you make decisions based on data rather than intuition and can clearly articulate the commercial rationale behind your spending choices.
• Active user of AI tools: you integrate tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini into your daily work in meaningful ways, beyond just drafting content.
• Must be based in the UK. This position is fully remote.
