This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Initiate, oversee, and enhance paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google Ads to boost ROAS and efficiency.
• Supervise and manage advertising expenditures across daily, monthly, and quarterly budgets.
• Offer guidance on budget distribution.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CPL, conversion rates, and lead quality.
• Compile performance reports and dashboards, translating campaign data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Formulate recommendations for paid media channels, campaign strategies, and potential expansion opportunities.
• Create and refine audience segments for prospecting, retargeting, and location-based strategies.
• Enhance conversion tracking through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and various platform reporting tools.
• Execute structured A/B testing on creatives, audiences, messaging, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with the internal content team to assess advertising assets and create high-converting creative variations.
• Evaluate current agency-managed accounts and establish a clearer, data-driven paid media strategy.
• Partner closely with the internal marketing and content teams, focusing primarily on paid acquisition and performance.
• Minimum of 3 years of practical experience in paid media.
• Demonstrated experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong history of managing budgets and enhancing campaign performance.
• Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and advertising reporting tools.
• Solid understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
• Capability to clearly articulate campaign results and budget recommendations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in building performance dashboards and presenting campaign insights (nice-to-have).
• Familiarity with conducting structured A/B tests (nice-to-have).
• Background in advertising to Australian consumers or managing multi-location campaigns (nice-to-have).
• Exposure to children's programs, fitness, education, recreation, or lifestyle brands (nice-to-have).
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms (nice-to-have).
• Availability to work Monday to Friday during AEST hours.
• Must currently reside in the Philippines and possess legal authorization to work there.
• A reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work.
