This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Manage and direct a portfolio of Paid Media accounts
• Provide direct support to client representatives
• Engage in weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on assigned tasks, quality of work, and potential improvements in workflow
• Foster referrals through client relationships and professional networks
• Develop strategies for clients on a quarterly basis
• Possess the capability to create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns across various channels
• Have a thorough understanding of client positioning and their unique value propositions
• Ensure accurate lead routing within a CRM system
• Recognize the significance of Programmatic campaigns
• Be accountable for personal productivity and utilization rates
• Collaborate directly with the Associate Director to guarantee that both internal and client objectives are being met
• Execute and enhance PPC advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, with a focus on keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to maximize ROI
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a performance/digital marketing agency
• Experience specifically with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency environment
• In-depth knowledge of paid search and paid social advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others
• Proficient in utilizing advertising platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Strong understanding of PPC principles, encompassing keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization
• Ability to assess campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms to make informed, data-driven decisions for campaign optimization
• Demonstrated and quantifiable success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
• Willingness to travel to meet clients approximately once a year, per client, or as necessary
