This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +25 more states.
• Manage and direct a portfolio of Paid Media accounts
• Provide direct support to client representatives
• Engage in weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on assigned tasks, quality of work, and potential improvements to the collaboration
• Foster referrals through client relationships and professional networks
• Develop strategies for clients on a quarterly basis
• Possess the capability to create, manage, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns across various channels
• Have a thorough understanding of client positioning and their unique value propositions
• Ensure accurate lead routing within a CRM system
• Recognize the advantages of Programmatic campaigns
• Be accountable for personal productivity and utilization
• Collaborate directly with the Associate Director to ensure that both internal and client objectives are met
• Implement and refine PPC advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, with a focus on keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to maximize ROI
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a performance/digital marketing agency
• Experience specifically with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency environment
• In-depth knowledge of paid search and paid social advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others
• Proficient in using advertising platforms and tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Strong grasp of PPC principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization
• Capability to analyze campaign performance data utilizing tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms to make data-driven decisions and enhance campaign performance
• Ability to drive measurable results and assess via OCT
• Proven success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
• A distinctive viewpoint on delivering value for SaaS
• Ability to translate and convey strategy, utilizing data storytelling

• Stay at the forefront of the industry, consistently seeking growth and sharing opportunities
• Skillful in organizing, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects concurrently
