This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage client accounts and act as the main point of contact.
• Conduct bi-weekly client calls to assess performance, discuss strategies, and synchronize on future actions.
• Distribute bi-weekly performance reports 24 hours prior to scheduled calls.
• Establish trust and relationships that encourage renewals and referrals.
• Create, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns aimed at lead generation and appointment scheduling.
• Oversee campaign budgets, audience targeting, bid strategies, and creative tests.
• Track daily performance and implement adjustments to meet cost per appointment goals.
• Diagnose underperforming campaigns and formulate intervention strategies.
• Craft ad copy and video sales scripts tailored for the financial services sector.
• Generate hooks, angles, and variations in messaging for testing purposes.
• Collaborate with video editors for creative production.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance copywriting while ensuring quality standards.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and conversion events.
• Configure Calendly integrations, Zapier automation, and lead routing.
• Resolve technical issues between advertising platforms and client systems.
• Over 5 years of experience in paid media, particularly with Meta advertising.
• Proven experience managing multiple client accounts at the same time.
• Demonstrated success in achieving performance targets and client retention.
• Strong copywriting abilities, capable of producing engaging ad copy and scripts.
• Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Background in the financial services industry, with knowledge of lead generation and appointment-setting campaigns. Understanding of video sales letter marketing methodologies and experience with high-ticket, considered purchase sales funnels.
• A strong sense of ownership; you tackle issues proactively and do not wait for direction. Excellent communication skills to convey performance data to non-technical clients. Detail-oriented yet capable of working swiftly. Comfortable engaging directly with clients and being accountable for outcomes. You aspire to be the primary individual responsible, rather than part of a shared responsibility team.
