This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and agency partners to strategize and implement paid media initiatives across awareness, consideration, and demand generation campaigns.
• Oversee the planning, launching, and management of paid media efforts across programmatic platforms, Google Ads, YouTube, Connected TV, and trade publications.
• Conduct media purchases directly from publishers and trade publications, which includes sponsorships, high-impact placements, contextual targeting, and video activations.
• Enhance campaign effectiveness through the analysis of audience, conversion, and media data to guide bidding, budgeting, pacing, and targeting strategies.
• Employ audience, contextual, retargeting, intent, and account-based targeting methods to maximize efficiency and results.
• Convert performance data into concise reports, insights, and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with analytics, web, content, and regional marketing teams to enhance attribution, landing page performance, and lead conversion.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Over 8 years of experience in managing paid media campaigns, including programmatic display and Google Ads.
• Expertise in applying demand-side platforms, audience strategies, and measurement frameworks to optimize paid media efforts.
• Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube, and ZoomInfo Marketing.
• Skilled in applying keyword, contextual, and audience targeting techniques while interpreting campaign and conversion metrics.
• Experience in executing media purchases directly from publishers and trade publications.
• Capability to communicate insights on campaign performance and to challenge low-value media expenditures.
