This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +7 more states.
• Contribute to creating detailed paid media briefs that align cross-functional stakeholders on objectives, channel mix, target audiences, creative requirements, budget distribution, and measurement frameworks.
• Assist in the formulation of market-specific media strategies and plans, collaborating closely with external agency partners and internal teams.
• Analyze regional budget distributions, identifying adjustments based on performance trends, seasonal variations, and business priorities.
• Oversee the execution of regional campaigns by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and launch readiness across internal channel specialists and agency partners.
• Assess channel plans and campaign setups to confirm alignment with briefs, budget constraints, and regional priorities prior to launch.
• Track pacing and in-flight performance, highlighting risks or gaps and working with channel leads and agency teams to implement enhancements.
• Facilitate daily coordination with agency partners, ensuring that priorities, timelines, and deliverables remain aligned.
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and misalignments, escalating issues to the appropriate leads with detailed context.
• Assist in evaluating new platform opportunities, beta tests, and proposals in collaboration with channel experts.
• Work alongside Brand, Creative, Retail, B2B, and Analytics teams to ensure paid media strategies align with broader business objectives.
• Align on campaign goals, measurement methodologies, and reporting schedules.
• Share insights that will guide future launches and marketing strategies.
• Monitor full-funnel performance across North America, maintaining clear visibility into Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and incremental impacts.
• Convert campaign data into actionable insights and optimization suggestions in conjunction with channel leads.
• Aid in producing concise performance summaries for marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, expenditure trackers, and campaign schedules.
• Help streamline workflows between global channel leads, agency partners, and regional stakeholders.
• Contribute to scalable processes as regional media investments increase.
• 3–5+ years of experience in paid media (either agency or in-house), with practical exposure across various channels (paid social, paid search, programmatic, retail media).
• Proven experience in supporting campaign execution and performance across the entire funnel.
• Strong grasp of performance metrics (e.g., CAC) and familiarity with incrementality and Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) frameworks.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and business stakeholders to achieve alignment and results.
• Confidence in managing agency relationships and assessing media plans, optimizations, and testing strategies.
• Highly organized and proactive, demonstrating strong project management and communication abilities in fast-paced settings.
