This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, launch, optimize, and manage digital marketing campaigns.

• Oversee digital marketing initiatives for Anteriad clients, managing the advertising budget responsibly.

• Consistently analyze program performance to identify new growth opportunities and areas for optimization.

• Regularly present and report on campaign performance, ensuring ongoing optimization while balancing scale and ROI.

• Engage with stakeholders at all levels within the organization and with clients.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with other Anteriad teams to create an infrastructure that combines traditional digital marketing reporting with multi-channel analytics to ascertain the appropriate role in each client's marketing strategy.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in paid media.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of practical experience in digital marketing (SEM/Social Media/Digital) is required.

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.

• Experience and/or certifications in Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Advertising are required.

• Strong attention to detail, ambitious, and growth-oriented.

• Ability to identify patterns in client needs and behaviors to enhance services and solutions.

• Willingness to travel when necessary (less than 10%).

• Must be deadline-driven and detail-oriented.
