This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Create comprehensive paid media strategies that are in line with the overall brand vision and objectives of the company's clients.
• Manage the planning, development, launch, testing, and optimization of paid media campaigns to achieve optimal CPAs and maximize ROAS, ensuring consistent standards and outcomes.
• Take the lead in account management and client relationships, including effective communication, to promote client success and retention.
• Support the briefing, review, and approval of marketing materials to maintain alignment with brand guidelines.
• Evaluate campaign performance and ensure it is tracked effectively against ROI and key performance indicators, providing clear insights and recommendations for ongoing improvement.
• Perform regular self-audits and establish robust quality control processes across all campaigns, tracking, and reporting to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high performance standards before any work is shared internally or with clients.
• Compile and deliver weekly reports by the end of business every Monday, summarizing key insights and suggestions for improvement.
• Foster a proactive, testing-first mindset in all paid media efforts by creating clear experimentation roadmaps, continuously analyzing results, and incorporating findings back into strategy to enhance performance and uncover new growth opportunities.
• Investigate industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to shape strategy and client recommendations.
• Oversee email and Slack communications to ensure prompt responses to team members and clients.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing paid media campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google).
• Excellent communication skills — clear, confident, and client-facing.
• Strategic thinker with creative instincts and strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in fast-paced agency environments.
• Ability to convert data into insights, and insights into actionable strategies.
• Exhibits warmth, emotional intelligence, and a human-first approach.
