This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee and optimize daily paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, and, where applicable, LinkedIn.
• Conduct structured A/B testing on creatives, hooks, headlines, target audiences, and offers.
• Develop organized campaign frameworks (CBO/ABO, audience layering, retargeting strategies).
• Allocate budgets and scale successful campaigns across various channels.
• Set up tracking and attribution using Hyros, Meta Pixel, GA4, and funnel tools.
• Monitor key performance indicators daily: CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPM, and show-up rate.
• Provide weekly reports that include clear and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to produce high-performing advertisements.
• At least 4 years of practical experience in paid advertising, specifically with Meta and Google Ads.
• Demonstrated success in scaling campaigns with monthly budgets in the five-figure range.
• Strong knowledge of funnel mechanics and conversion optimization strategies.
• Experience with tracking setups (preferably Hyros) and accurate attribution methods.
• Proficient in using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, FunnelCockpit, GoHighLevel, and ClickFunnels.
• Additional knowledge of ActiveCampaign, Zapier, WebinarJam/EverWebinar, and Calendly is a plus.
• Possess an analytical mindset, with a data-driven approach and focus on ROAS.
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner in a remote environment.
• Proficient in both German and English languages.
• Fixed salary along with revenue sharing opportunities.
