Packaging Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Lead the expansion of the cushioning portfolio within the designated region, collaborating with local Account Managers.

• Demonstrate the ability to effectively prioritize time and resources to achieve desired outcomes.

• Grasp essential market dynamics and customer requirements concerning our cushioning portfolio, working in close coordination with marketing and I&D to ensure suitable market strategies, product offerings, innovation, and solutions in relevant areas.

• Deliver product and solution expertise to distribution channels alongside Account Managers and RSDs.

• Collaborate closely with our Packaging Application Centers on tailored projects, and be ready to present value analysis and key product specifications to assist the sales team in securing or maintaining business.

• Coordinate with the RSD and sales training team to identify gaps in product and solution knowledge, developing a strategy to address these gaps promptly.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS); an MBA or MS is advantageous.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in outside sales.

• Over 3 years of experience using the MS Office Suite.

• Possession of a valid Driver’s License.

• Willingness to travel overnight.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
