P2P Transformation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate existing P2P processes and pinpoint areas for transformation.

• Create future-state P2P operating frameworks, policies, and controls.

• Spearhead enhancements across Requisition-to-PO, Invoice-to-Pay, and Vendor Management processes.

• Propel automation and digital transformation projects (Coupa, Oracle, AI/RPA).

• Examine P2P KPIs, identify process bottlenecks, and discover value-leakage opportunities.

• Assist in stakeholder engagement, change management, and user adoption efforts.

• Formulate business cases, transformation roadmaps, and implementation strategies.

• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, SOX controls, and governance standards.

• Collaborate with sourcing, procurement, accounts payable, finance, and technology teams.

• Monitor benefits realization, cost savings, and operational enhancements.

• Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end P2P processes.

• Expertise in procurement transformation and process optimization.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Ariba, Oracle, Coupa, etc.).

• Skills in process mining, analytics, and KPI reporting.

• Proficient in stakeholder and project management.

• Experience with automation, workflow, and AI-driven solutions.
