P2P Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist with Procure to Pay and Accounts Payable process activities.

• Evaluate existing AP processes to pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Collaborate with finance and operational stakeholders to address issues and set priorities.

• Facilitate process optimization, documentation, and control enhancements.

• Partner with technology teams concerning finance systems and workflow tools.

• Aid in transformation, automation, and standardization initiatives.

• Contribute to improving quality, efficiency, governance, and operational visibility within the P2P domain.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive practical experience in Accounts Payable.

• Solid understanding of Procure to Pay processes.

• Background as a P2P Consultant, P2P Expert, AP Expert, or in a similar finance process role.

• Experience in large or international finance environments.

• Ability to work autonomously with business stakeholders.

• Strong skills in process analysis and problem-solving.

• Proficient in English.

• Preferred: German language proficiency, experience with SAP VIM, knowledge of Hypos, background in finance transformation, automation, or process improvement, and experience in SSC, BPO, consulting, or international finance operations.
